Dan Bennett is a native to the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts. A constant creative, Dan spent his entire life drawing and sketching while also pursuing interests in music. After studying Music at UMass Lowell, Dan was introduced to the world of video production and has since been constantly developing his skills as an editor, videographer and producer. Dan currently works at Smith College as the Senior Educational Media producer. His role sees him working with faculty to develop and implement digital media projects into their curricula, as well as provide training and support to students. In addition, Dan teaches an accelerated intensive course on Digital Media Literacy.
In addition to creative interests, Dan is also an amateur furniture maker, and spends his free time in the outdoors kayaking, fly fishing, hiking and snowboarding. However, Dan also considers himself an "indoor kid" as well, playing a wide variety of video games, and all manner of tabletop games - including painting miniatures.
